Stamp Overlay
Stamp Overlay - Stamp overlay is a luxurious coating done to give a more natural look to concrete. The overlay is a thin coating that goes over existing concrete between 1/16”-1/4” thick depending on the concrete the overlay is being applied onto. Utilizing the squeegee coat, thin stamp mats, patterns, stains, and clear seals the overlay is a cost-effective way of enhancing your existing concrete.
The applications associated with stamp overlay:
Hand-Trowel - After the concrete is correctly prepared, the squeegee coat is in place, and pattern/no pattern is applied, the material for stamp is applied by being poured on and for this application, finished utilizing the hand-trowel.
Stamp - After the concrete is correctly prepared, the squeegee coat is in place, and pattern/no pattern is applied, the material for stamp is applied by being poured on the concrete and utilizing the hand-trowel, motioning the material thin enough for the second crew member to “stamp” the texture in with a mat.
